Re: r8055 hangs
Neither did i have fusion running, but it looks we all have it installed.
I still can't think, why would transmission send stuff to virtual vmware network adapter.

r8055 hangs
Hiz, Got something similar to "leopard slow death", but not the exact so started a new topic. When downloading with high speed (400-600K) transmission hangs and after a while the whole macos stops responding. First sign is the freeze of the transmission gui, and losing internet connectivit...

Re: Port is (always) closed
I had this too, when i was using utorrent and transmission paralell (not the same time) on the same port. Sometime transmission, sometime uT saw the port to be closed. Then used different ports for different clients and was ok, but no idea why this happens.

Re: Transmission 1.50 Released
Since upgrading to 1.50 Transmission is using a lot more CPU - seems to be averaging 20 - 30%. Anyone else having the same issue? Dual G5 2GHz, 10.5.6, 300 torrents open. I have higher cpu usage than even in b5 too, around 15%, running 12 torrents on a 2.1Ghz macbook, very few encrypted peers (actu...

Re: Internet speed drasticaly slower while use of Transmission
Upload rates are pretty much constantly at around 80 - 100 KB/s. But, when loading a webpage, aren´t the packages coming IN? How come that it becomes so much slower even though download rates are low? Can high uploads even block incoming information? Still, what you are suggesting explains the prob...

Re: Internet speed drasticaly slower while use of Transmission
And what upload rate do you have? Too high upload can seriously slow your connection by blocking other packages to be sent.
You should set up rate limits in transmission and try if the problem still remains.

r7765 invalid socket argument msgs
Hiz, Just found the message log view and i see a couple (10 dating today) invalid socket argument messages. Can't find any clue what it is caused by. Running 7 torrents, 1 download with 0 connected peers though cca. 30 on the tracker (but since my isp throttles p2p, i can't tell if it's transmission...
