Transmission

Thanks for the suggestion. I've actually re-installed 1.40 (call me fussy) and all works as previously.

I've got torrents from the same tracker. I have no issue uploading a fully downloaded file. I cannot download unfinished files nor download new torrents added to Transmission since the update. I am using OS 10.5.5 and Transmission 1.42 (7494)
