Alright, tested that one out over the past few days and no fix.

Any other ideas? :-S

Re: Crashing - 1.91/1.92/1.93/2.00

Strangely enough, the problem has returned. I was running 2.13 stable, and now I've moved to a Nightly (11644). Still having the same problem.

In the console, there's the same message:
12/01/11 7:29:25 PM com.apple.launchd.peruser.501[224] ([0x0-0x5e45e4].org.m0k.transmission[21463]) Exited with ...

Re: Crashing - 1.91/1.92/1.93/2.00

An update. I started using a nightly and didn't experience any crashes, so after a few days I rolled back to 2.01 release. Now, it's been running fine and hasn't crashed!

God knows what has happened but the problem seems to have corrected itself.

Thanks for the help!

Re: Crashing - 1.91/1.92/1.93/2.00

Nope, did the same thing again. I didn't even have any torrents running.

The console says:

Re: Crashing - 1.91/1.92/1.93/2.00

Thanks.

I've done everything you said - turns out there was some permissions problems and OS X advised that I repair the disk, too.

Let's see how it goes...

Cheers

Crashing - 1.91/1.92/1.93/2.00

Hello,

I've been experiencing crashes with Transmission for quite some time - starting with the 1.9x releases and now the problem still seems to be apparent in the 2.00 release (10766) on Mac OS.

Basically, Transmission randomly closes itself without warning. It does not appear to be tied to any ...

Re: Transmission quitting randomly

Hrm. I've just upgraded to the latest beta and it's still quitting randomly. Sometimes it'll stay open for a long time, others around 5 minutes. Is there any way I can get a crash report out of it? I can only find this in the console at the moment:

([0x0-0x1d91d9].org.m0k.transmission[13300 ...

Re: Transmission quitting randomly

Still seems to be happening, although there was a time (using 1.50b2) that it was not crashing. I don't seem to have installed any new applications or changed anything - it simply started crashing again.

I have upgraded to 1.50b3 and it is still occurring, same quit message in the console. I've got ...

Re: Transmission quitting randomly

I've just upgraded to 1.50b2 (7729) and am still getting the same error, with the same readout in the console.

Any ideas?

Transmission quitting randomly

Hi there,

I have been using Transmission for quite some time and have never had any problems... until now.

Transmission seems to be randomly quitting on me. I open it and leave it to do its thing, and after some time I find that it's closed. No error message, nothing.

I had a look in the console ...
