Transmission

Hello,

I am running Transmission with the webinterface on Ubuntu 8.04.
It works perfect and i have a good download speed (always my max Kb/s)
But the completed torrents arent uploading.

If i access the webui and check the completed torrents i always see "connection limit exceeded".
