Transmission

I had a single download going (~100KB/sec max total) and my kid said it was screwing up his PlayStation online game experience.

So I paused the download, and he said it was no better. But when he quit Transmission, everything was fine.

Does this make sense? Does Transmission use bandwidth even ...
