I have the same problem. Anyone fixed this already?
I have a public IP, no firewall on the server. Some torrents are connectable, some are not.
I'm using commands:
transmission-daemon -a "127.0.0.1" -w "/tmp" -p "9091"
transmission-remote "127.0.0.1:9091" -w "/home/server/downloads/Applications ...
