would there be away to have this script included in Transmission so that way most users will have protection (if ClamAV is installed off course). After all most users use the default settings and furthermore don't know how to code scripts to make this work.

Allow the user to have different bandwidth & max connection settings for each group/color/category.

This will be a big help and will allow the user to auto prioritize, not just automatically visual cues to downloaded files.

Ability to set number of active downloads (and/or active uploads) different for every category group.

The ability to select for individual torrents to only download from encrypted seeds.
