Okay, and now it's working fine... feeling even dumber but very happy!! Thanks, Transmission!!! Love ya!!

My hard drive died and I've done a re-install. I've downloaded Transmission 1.41 and done the security update, but I'm not sure what to do now.... I've tried copying and pasting the "Building a new release" stuff into the Terminal..... nothing happens and I'm feeling really dumb!! Please help!!!
