I've a feeling that it depends on the first tracker being in use.
Since OBT is down today TM is able to find suitable peers a lot faster.

2.01 hasn't cured the slow download speed problem completely.
I still don't understand why TM is able to find peers A LOT faster it can seed to but it takes sometimes minutes to gather a single available peer it can leech from.

Well, I have to chime in on the matter of stronger colours within compact view. It's really hard to determine the correct status by just looking at the colour bars.
