Yes, I have the same problem using nightly version 3.00+ (0e321c2d21). After a torrent is added and the magnet info is obtained then it reverts to paused state.

Transmission may not be the culprit in my case. FYI. Under the Transfer menu, there are two keys mapped for removing from List/Date File.

I'll second this motion to add a button or menu/keyboard command to Clear Completed Torrents, with the definition of Completed Torrents being fully downloaded and fully seeded. A very practical function that Transmission, an excellent application, needs.
