Transmission

Hey there...

I've used transmission for quite a while now and I've recently updated to 1.5 and had no problems until about a day or two ago. When even I try to activate Speed Limit or limit by bandwidth overall, it does absolutely nothing.
Has anyone heard of anything like this?
