I'm running Transmission v1.22 on Ubuntu 8.04 (Hardy Heron). Whenever I try to download anything, it says "Not available" and the download stays at 0%. I try to see if it was a permissions issue so I changed the directory that Transmission was downloading to, but that didn't help. I've ...
