I noticed that transmission will randomly close on its own. It just started yesterday and it is really annoying. Anyone have any ideas? I am using snow leopard

This feature exists. You can check the "Keep incomplete files in" box and then select a folder. So when you start downloading the saves the torrent into that folder and then when it is complete it transfers it to your download destination.

I would like this feature also. I would be able to download files to my internal HD then transfer them to my external HD automatically. Instead of having them download to the external HD which makes transmission hang =(

Whenever I am downloading a torrent Transmission hangs or responds very slowly. As in I can maybe open it and slowly go threw the windows with around a 1-2 minute delay in my clicks. There is no problem when uploading. As soon as the download is complete it works fine. My download destination is on ...
