Transmission

I've noticed that <30% is currently colored red, 30% to 70% is yellow, and >70% is green. In my opinion, the current coloring scheme doesn't convey a lot of additional information beyond that conveyed by the size of the bar.

I suggest instead to use one color for the portion of the peer's data set ...
