well this feature seems removed in the newest version, so now the properties button in the toolbar should be disabled when no torrent is selected.

when you right click in the free space of the torrent list, all entries but "Properties" are disabled. but there cannot be a properties dialog for no selected torrent.

ok, the de.po file in transmission-1.60.tar.bz2 seems old:
"X-Launchpad-Export-Date: 2009-02-26 18:32+0000\n"
so there are the same mistakes and missing new strings like the next older releases, it seems the same like version 1.5x.
maybe you didn't include the right .po file?
