r9726 fixed it. Thank you I can now delete the unwanted trackers but whenever I delete one, it re-announces to ALL of the trackers even though it just did so. Is that necessary?

Nothing in the in-app message log but in the console I get:

I have about the same problem.
I can be downloading a torrent with any speed (sometimes 1.1 MB/s or 700 KB/s or only 15 KB/s) and every 2 minutes (a rough estimate) the speed drops to 0.0 for about half a minute and then the torrents downloads again as if there never was a problem. It seems as if ...
