I'm using Transmission 1.73 on a MacBook Pro running 10.5.8.
I never use global bandwidth limits, but since I upgraded to 1.73 they have been turning themselves on randomly.
They usually go to 42 KB/s but now the number is random - but always low. I'll come home after a day of working to find that ...
