Transmission

I'd like to upgrade, I really would. But each time I try, and I've been trying off and on since 1.30 came out, transmission no longer receives incoming connections. In version 1.22, the network tab shows "Unable to check port status" but uploading works. I'm able to verify the port I specify is open ...
