As an avid seeder I think it would be nice if Transmission could automatically change transfer priority based on a per-file seed ratio.
For example:
If a files seed ratio is <1 then transfer priority == High
If a files seed ratio is >1 and <global stop seed ratio then transfer priority == Normal
If ...

I've just run 1.75b1 (9061) on 10.6.
Opening Transmission in 10.6 takes a very long time and causes heavy CPU usage.
Opening Time 1.75b1 - 2m 46s
Close time 1.75b1 - 30s
Opening Time uT 0.9.1.2 - 1s
Close time uT 0.9.1.2 - 2s
Opening Time in 1.74 is identical as with 1.70 I have not tried any ...

It would be really cool as well as useful if Transmission could recognize when a file has been moved by the user. Transmission has a great set of group tools that enable users to save specific files in a given destination but I think it would be great if I could download a file and manually move it ...
