I take this back on extended use. It doesn't CRASH on exit anymore, but quitting the program can take between 30 to 60 seconds.

IMHO the libtransmission requests the identical data from peers which then are rejected. Reduction max-peers-global to 10-15 allows to bypass this problem. .

Still an issue on 1.76. I downloaded two torrents just now: 83.6 MB and 160.9 MB. This combines for 244.5 MB, and yet my "session transfer" amount shows as 291.6 MB. I'm sorry that I can't paste a crash log or anything, it's just an odd bug.

Anyone else? Any progress on this? I am currently on nightly 9241 (fifth nightly I have downloaded) and I still have this problem.

A current torrent hasn't finished yet but it's 71.3 MB. I'm 88% done and the top bar shows 98 MB downloaded and climbing. The torrent listing shows the (real) amount of ...

Two different nightlies have failed to change this (so far).

Remove from list = remove torrent from program, transfers stop
Remove data file = all downloaded data is deleted

I read up that this was a bug supposedly fixed in 1.40, but I've been having it a lot lately and it REALLY happened today.

Opened Transmission, added a torrent, and left it on while I went to dinner with my family.

The actual torrent entry shows: 498.0 MB, uploaded 330.5 MB (Ratio: 0.66)
