Hi, dunno if its the right place to ask, but I have a problem with transmission remote gui since 3 days, every torrent I start keeps on "waiting" status, and doesnt start, yet it can see the seeders/leechers also when i try get see the "tracker" tab, I get a "Acces violation" error and get ...

Sorry, really noob question, someone made my server config and i can't contact him anymore, I'm looking to change the password of transmission but can't figure out how .. I tryed to download settings.json with a ftp client but it tells me "Response: 550 settings.json: Permission denied"
