Transmission

ok nvm i just had to delete the data file and then reopen it and it allowed me to verify it once i was adding it freshly back to the list, but still why couldnt i just verify it without having to delete and re-add it???

so i switched from another torrent program (vuze) to transmission, how can i get my torrent files i already have on my computer and seed them?
