Transmission

This is probably a no cause dozens of google searches came up with nothing, but is there a way to dedicate one of my two network cards specifically to Transmission?

It would be great to see the download and upload speeds (maybe even ratio) in the title bar, because then if you minimize, or roll up the window you can keep an eye on your speeds.
