Transmission

Im a nube and Im trying to get started here. I have Bit Torrent installed now and Im not happy with it. I was referred here. When I trash Bit Torrent can I expect my torrents to come straight to me through Transmission or do I need to set some special preferences? Im basically ignorant of ...
