I rolled back to 1.77 and all is back to normal. There is definitely something up with 1.82.

So is there a fix or procedure I need to apply or follow? If not is there anyway to get back the old version?

I have the same problem. Furthermore it also happened every time I tried the Betas. I am sitting behind witopia but people still find me and upload at 20K.
