I really like transmission but 1.82 still has this problem .... reverted to 1.34 and it works well downloading. Seems seeding is an issue with 1.34, however, later versions seeded at high speeds. Strange... Thanks for the effort you are putting into the development. Hope a solution will reveal itsel...
