Transmission

Seems like this feayrture request has been around for some time now. it would be easy to implement so why is it not included in the next update?

What I would really like to see is Transmission automatically reduce to the slow download/upload speeds when it detects mouse movement and only to go back to full speed once the system is idle for more than X minutes. I am constantly having to click the SLOW button every time I want to stream video ...
