Port are opened. Tcp view is showing connections to seeders for ex:

I build transmission under fedora11, but all the same problems. I tried under Cygwin (http://forum.transmissionbt.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=7612). I copied text from example below in cygwin.patch . When I try doing patch<cygwin.patch, I have error:

Which Windows version? what did you install exactly? how does it fail?

I have windows xp professional.
I install transmission 1.83 and many problems disappeared. My problem is that files are not downloaded.
"Downloadinf from 0 of 0 connected peer(s) - Idle", but peers is active
