When the Transmission starts shows the main window. It's not good. Please add option "Start to system tray" -- don't show the main window when starts.

Some trackers use comment field for link to original release.


And, when Transmission refresh this window, the selection removed. I.e., sometimes select link in the comment field is difficult.

Groups I see some talk of this from searching the wiki. In the OSX version you can assign color-coded groups to transfers, making them easy to filter out and visualize.
