Just wanted to bump this to say I have exactly the same issue. I've even culled a lot of my torrents. Still nothing. Download won't start on new (well seeded) torrents either.

When I mouseover a connection on the Peers page of the Inspector, some read "from: tracker" and some read "from: incoming connection". Are these not being reported to the tracker? Is this why my stats don't seem to reflect in the tracker?

ALL of the seeding torrents came from what?. I'm using ...
