Is this talked about feature in the Mac version (yet)?
https://github.com/transmission/transmission/pull/229
If so, I can't seem to find it. Maybe in a nightly?

Re: transmission 2.91. No release notes and can't download
You're not alone, when trying to update from within the app it says "the update is improperly signed."

Re: PUSH from/to Lion Server
The newest Growl available in the app store (pay for now, but worth it) has a totally reworked network protocol. If you run it on your server you can forward notifications to other macs and this actually works now.
I think there is an app that will do push notifications from Growl to iOS as well.

Re: How to add magnet links to remote Transmission?
Are you able to enable the web UI for Transmission? You can login via a web browser and copy/paste the Magnetic URL into the Open... dialog.
I do that from work all the time to my home desktop.

Re: Request: Speed Limits based on Groups
I came here looking for this topic too. I would love this feature, along with the ratio limits set via groups too. I'm on public and private trackers and would like to dedicate different ratios e.g. higher than 1:1 to the private trackers as well as allocate more bandwidth to them. Super sweet icing...

Re: uPnP Web GUI
I probably should have posted this request in the Mac Requests. Specifically on the Mac GUI for enabling the web GUI, it'd be nice if you could enable UPNP so that when you start up Transmission it will open the needed port on your router.

Re: Transmission causes leopard slow death
My Mac has been up 17 days straight since my last post using the nightly build I mentioned in the above post. For me, things look good. When next I reboot for the recent Apple security update, I'll probably jump on the latest nightly.

Re: Transmission causes leopard slow death
Okay, how's it going? If you experience lsd, try running without 'Speed Limit Mode' enabled and reduce connections to 100/10. Also please indicate whether you have tried "the fix" posted by parodyr. Please let us know what happens and what settings were in use at the time. Thanks! So far ...

Please provide OS version and Transmission version and build# when posting. Thanks! Transmission Nightly 1.92+ r10415 Speed Limit Mode = Yes, daily from 7am ...

Re: Transmission causes leopard slow death
I'm usually frightened to post in this thread, but could the people experiencing this "slow death" issue please try out a nightly of r10333 or higher? FWIW, I'm giving r10415 a shot. I typically run it 24x7 and get the "slow death" about every 48 hours depending on my torrenting...

Enhanced Control of "Speed Scheduling"/Categories
I'm a recent convert from Vuze, I miss only two plug-ins. The Auto-category and Speed Scheduler plug-ins. "Category" can be called groups here, although there isn't much you can currently do with them, which leads me to... The Speed Scheduler plug-in for Vuze allows multiple settings for t...

uPnP Web GUI
I'm a big fan of opening/closing ports only as needed.
It would be nice if an uPnP option was added to the Web GUI settings.
Thanks!
