Transmission

i have this torrent, 16GB size, but i wanna download only parts of it; the files contained are structured as file01.a, file01.b, file02.a, file02.b and so on; if i only want to download the .b files, w/ 0.93 i need to make space for the whole 16GB, as it creates .part files for the .a files too ...
