Transmission

so the other day i downloaded transmission, switching from utorrent, and manually re-added all the torrents from each tracker site...verified all the data and seeded for a couple days. then i downgraded to an older and 'allowed' version of transmission...i re-added the torrent files i had downloaded ...

is there a guide around for safely migrating everything from utorrent to transmission?
i'm on mac.
just don't won't to loss anything or mess up any of my tracker accounts.
