Transmission

Rolcol, I think the problem Beil has is that he can't correspond a particular torrent to its downloaded file, because the two file names are not the same. He mentions Kickass torrents, whose names seem to be long strings of digits and letters, but the downloaded file has an actual "logical" title ...

Beil, My info panel shows both the data file and torrent names, but it occurs to me that I'm using an older version, 1.54, on OSX 10.4.11

If you still have the file in Transmission, highlight the file then open the Inspector, and click on the information button (i), and at the bottom of the window in the 'where' column, the torrent name should be displayed. I think this is what you are looking for. Good luck...
