Much thanks! Light local testing looks good!

Re: Ticket 4621 (seeding progress bar not showing) NOT fixed

No, I do - I was more implying that I didn't think this could be any sort of "breadcrumb" data left over by the older version of Transmission, since the bug that was fixed was exclusive to Clutch. Thus, I don't know where else to look, but I'm damned jealous that your seed bar actually fun...

Re: Ticket 4621 (seeding progress bar not showing) NOT fixed

It's a cross-compile for MIPS, so there is no install step possible. I've confirmed that PACKAGE_DATA_DIR in the Makefile (which sets to datadir/transmission by default) is set to /opt/usr/share/transmission, which is correct for my environment. If I rename the /opt/usr/share/transmission/web to /op...

Re: Ticket 4621 (seeding progress bar not showing) NOT fixed

Directly from the source code tree - this is a local compile on Linux. One of the example torrents with the issue has a current ratio of 0.56, so the split should be nearly right down the middle. Is there a way that I can verify via command line that _all_ my current torrents have a seed ratio limit...

Re: 2.50 Clutch UI shows nothing downloaded?

Statistics in Clutch is fixed and presents all of the above in a single window.

Re: Ticket 4621 (seeding progress bar not showing) NOT fixed

Tested with Firefox 10.0.2, still no change. Once fully downloaded, bar remains full green.

If you're seeing something different, clearly it's an issue on my end, but what? It's a basic manual install - copy over the binaries, copy over the entire tree from /web, done.

Re: 2.50 Clutch UI shows nothing downloaded?

*laughs*

How weird is this?

Nothing's changed - daemon hasn't been restarted, browser hasn't been restarted, the tab (and PID) in Chrome are exactly the same. I open up Statistics again and now it reads 12GB. Gah!

Re: 2.50 Clutch UI shows nothing downloaded?

I've got to install Firefox - supposedly everything works there. :/

2.50 Clutch UI shows nothing downloaded?

The Statistics popup seems to be showing good numbers for upload, but shows 0 bytes downloaded (and that is definitely not the case). Anyone else see this?

Re: Ticket 4621 (seeding progress bar not showing) NOT fixed

I've always had a seed ratio limit of 1, and it shows 8 days remaining, so I'm taking it as read that it's being honored (it has been for all other torrents). I can reliably reproduce this at will with any browser.

Ticket 4621 (seeding progress bar not showing) NOT fixed

https://trac.transmissionbt.com/ticket/4621

My view of 2.50 via both IE9 and latest Chrome both show the same result as the screenshot in the ticket (and 2.42). Not sure how to report against a closed issue, can someone reopen?

Re: Much higher CPU utilization in 2.42+ vs. 2.42?

As for the number of processes, I did a kill -9 of 3 of the four, and the last one stayed, and I could connect via web... so, not sure why it starts with four.. I use transmission.sh in my ffp/start and it looks like it's starting it normally... have no idea why it would load 4 times or load load f...

Re: Much higher CPU utilization in 2.42+ vs. 2.42?

As I mentioned, my 100% CPU results were coming from 13156, though I concur it does seem somehow linked to the size of the torrent (absolute file size, not # of files in the torrent).

Re: Much higher CPU utilization in 2.42+ vs. 2.42?

Running Transmission on an embedded device (read: MIPSEL-based router), I've noticed that CPU utilization during moderate torrenting with 2.42 ranges anywhere from 35-90%, depending. 2.42+, however, with the exact same torrents (mid-stream, literally switching between the two engines), consistently...

Re: Much higher CPU utilization in 2.42+ vs. 2.42?

Sure enough - NDEBUG is set for release builds only, it appears. The binary is still a LOT bigger than 2.42, but significantly smaller with NDEBUG enabled, and while CPU utilization is also still observably higher than 2.42, it's not pegged at 100% anymore. =)
