Transmission

I'll try that but it does this even when nothing is downloading or uploading. If I have all torrents paused it still disables my web browser.

As long as Transmission is open my web browser will slow down to the point that every page I try to load times out. Even if I'm not downloading much. I actually paused all my downloads and it didn't help. I have to shut down Transmission then restart my browser for it to work normally again. I use ...
