Why do you tell iptables is the source of the problem?

the transmission-daemon init script for centos, has a DAEMON_ARGS variable that is pre-populated with these values:

DAEMON_ARGS="-b -t -a \"*.*.*.*\" -e /var/log/transmission/transmission.log"

-b --blocklist Enable peer blocklists
-t --auth Require authentication
-a --allowed <list> Allowed IP ...

updated to 2.42 but I couldn't manage to create gtk version: the required version of gtk+ is too high

Hi,
these are my rpm builds tested on CentOS 5.5 for i386 and x86_64 cpus.
GTK version of transmission is NOT compiled in these rpms: only daemon with initscript and cli

some days ago I recompiled the transmission daemon version 2.20 and libevent 2.0.10 for CentOS 5.5 x86_64.
