So I created a .torrent using utorrent on WinXP and seeded for a while.

I decided to move everything over to Ubuntu (latest version) and seed with transmission. I downloaded the .torrent from the tracker, it checked the folder I'd moved, and now says I only have 99% of one of the files. And of ...
