Jordan reports in Trac that the problem was incorrectly backported and is now fixed in the nightlies. It will be present in 2.43 if there is a 2.43, otherwise 2.50.

In Opera, clearing the cache is called "Delete Private Data", and there are 10+ options within it. Safari has "Empty Cache" and also "Reset Safari". Each browser is different.

Anyway yes cache cleared.

11.52 on PC confirmed just now (as I write this on that PC).

So Opera 11.51 on Mac, 11.52 on PC both confirmed not able to get non-blank content area under TR 2.42.

11.51 on this machine... gonna double-check the others. Not sure 11.52 has been released on Mac (Mac App Store has a lag :( ).

I believe my Windows PC has 11.52 (which is new as of a day or so ago).

Yeah, deleted private data and no dice. How does one get word through to Jordan that the fix didn't carry through properly?

Jordan removed my accidental duplicate, then proceeded to complete a fix targetted for 2.50. This was corrected within the last day to 2.42 and released today (highlighted in the top-level release notes). Unfortunately, the issue is NOT corrected by this correction that he did from my Trac ticket ...
