In Transmission is option of online blocklist. I tried to find one but no success. I found only https://sourceforge.net/projects/scarangel/files/ (which I used in uTorrent) but this is for local use only. Where do you get pls online blocklists? Or do I miss something?

As for sharing: no, I do not like to share downloading simultaneoesly. Yes I want to share downloading torrents among all user on one comp. It s possible do it, as I already know, with command line parametr : "C:\Program Files ...

Is it possible to change location of appdata path, where settings, resume and Torrents are? I would like to use for:

1/ sharing among other users on one comp, so every account-user could be able to run transmission and share downloading and settings...
2/ windows port wrongly sets this path ...
