Is it possible to have sub-categories or groups within other groups?

for instance i have music i get from private trackers and i like to separate them by tracker and by bitrate. so i would have a (Tracker X) Group with v0, 320, FLAC, etc and (Tracker Y) with v0, 320, FLAC, etc...

transmission should be able to show only the torrents that are "active" or currently transferring data. as of now, active only means they are in a state of seeding, but not necessarily doing anything. in uTorrent this feature is ...
