Re: Feature Request: Virtual Users
Its simple enough to run multiple copies of transmission-daemon. The resource usage is basically nil. Just run each one on a different webui port.

Re: 1.52 Mac: 'remove data' button does nothing
Yay, thanks! When's the target for 1.6? The nightly downloads refuse to run on the Tiger-running Powerbook that I use for Transmission, so I've just reverted to 1.51. 1.6 is dropping tiger support. We may or may not put out a 1.53 release just for tiger users. As of now though, if you build the sou...

Re: 1.52 Mac: 'remove data' button does nothing
Fix is in for 1.6, its not worth pushing a 1.53 for that. But, if a 1.53 is ever needed, the fix is in there aswell (just update to SVN if you need it)

Re: How to list all torrents by http request ?
It seems like things like that aren't accessible from HTTP GET. only HTTP POST.

Re: iPhone interface problem
Could you please submit a diff file to current trunk?
(Check out transmission's svn repository, then make your changes, then use "svn diff > patch.diff")

Re: Trying to protect web interface - no settings file?
Run it in foreground with -f switch and then break it off. (ctrl-c) Now you have a settings file (i hope) I probably should have mentioned it's running from a SSH session with no desktop, so foreground isn't an option (i think). I'm running the CLI version and started the app by running 'transmissi...

Re: Firefox add-on to right click and add torrents from URL
1.5x has had add-torrent by url re-added. This add-on can now be made to work with 1.5x and trunk.

Port numbers under 1024 are root only
If you wish to use the web interface as non-root, you must use a port number greater than 1024.

Re: Problem in PHP curl and the Transmission RPC
If you're using HTTP_POST, you have to send json data. in order to send a simple method=something, you must use GET, not POST.

Re: Native iPhone app for remote managing Transmission developed
Hey, wow, glad someone did it. I was looking into doing this myself but you beat me to it. Any chance of you making it open source so others can add to it? This is the kind of thing that could make it into the transmission svn repository if its polished enough.

Re: WebUI with file list - now fully functional
Could someone PLEASE make a patch to SVN for this? If you do I can test it out properly and get it put in. If I had gotten this earlier it could have been in 1.4 but I don't have time to update it to svn and do the patch.

Thanks for the encouragement! I am currently in Bangkok waiting for my flight to New Delhi from where I will return to Frankfurt in Germany - vacation is over *sigh* But that also means I can finally resume work on this WebUI, fix the bugs, you have found and reported so far and get the iPhone styl...

Re: Clutch Merges with Transmission!
Out of interest, what web server is this bundle using? And i presume you can configure this seperately to request a user/pass for access? Is it possible to stop the default webserver and point something like lighttpd to the allocated web file location instead? As i have lighttpd setup with ssl alre...
