Strangely the issue had to do with a router I set up as an Access Point. The act of turning everything off seems to have created some weird port issues. Turning the AP off, leaving it as a router that does all router-y things fixed the problem, all is happy now.

Problem is that this is happening on both my phone and my iPad.

Hi all Weird issue. I can't access the transmission interface through the iPhone or iPad Safari browser. It works fine in Atomic, where I can spoof that I am using a desktop browser.
