P.S Still no crashes since revert to 2.82

A quick update.

My problems with slow speeds started with ver 2.80.

After looking around on these forums and reading others problems and advice I updated to 2.82 + (14206)

This didn't seem to help and introduced a new problem of the app crashing every 15 mins or so.

I have now downgraded to 2.82 ...

After some research, no, no webseeds that i was aware of.

Sorry for confusion.

Reboot helps with slow speeds.

I'm unaware of webseeds so I don't think so.

I am having similar problems.

I updated to 2.82 + (14206) on Mac without any improvement. Also this build seems quite unstable see crash report below.

I have noticed that rebooting Transmission and/or my router (Asus DSL-N10) solves the problems briefly (maybe an hour), this would make you think ...

I don't think that this is the case as the same torrent that has problems downloading on a Mac has no problems downloading on the AC Ryan , both machines use Transmission as the client.

DHT I have tried on and off.

Also since the upgrade to 2.61 the web GUI has stopped working on the Macs , I will ...

In recent history this is the most viewed topic.

Another update.

Still nothing moving on the iMac. I have tried UTP and DHT on and off.

I have also tried using a different mac , no luck.

So I (in desperation as the GF is home and demanding to know why I haven't downloaded True Blood yet) tried the AC Ryan that sits in the corner being unloved ...
