Transmission

HI, Each time I switch on Transmission (upload or download) on my computer, the later is slowed down: live video streams are either blurred or stopped, pages are slow to load... I think my ISP knows it and throttles the bandwidth. Is there an option within Transmission which would let me carry on it...

Is it possible to check my total uploads/downloads datas per session (how much I uploaded and downloaded since I started Transmission last)?
