Re: SCRIPT: Send iOS push notification when torrent is compl

Tried changing to 0755 no luck. When I run in Terminal I get {"Response":"Not Authorized"}. Should mention I am using Mac OS X. I don't know if it's a good idea to change the permission of the users folders. Is their somewhere else I can put the file? That looks like the reply f...

Re: SCRIPT: Send iOS push notification when torrent is compl

Hi, I've been unable to get this script to work with Boxcar. I've saved the file TransmissionBoxcar.sh and have added my Boxcar token as directed. I have saved the file in Documents/Scripts/TransmissionBoxcar.sh. I have set Transmission to call the script and have also made the script executable by ...

Re: Always asks to accept incoming connections on launch

It's fixed if you redownload and install Transmission.

Re: Always asks to accept incoming connections on launch

I was able to fix by redownloading and reinstalling as per https://trac.transmissionbt.com/ticket/5690#comment:4

That fixed it for me.

Re: Always asks to accept incoming connections on launch

I'm having the same issue as well, running OS X 10.9.3 with Transmission 2.83. I've toggled my Firewall preferences, removed Transmission from then allow list and then put it back, re-installed Transmission and restarted my computer. I've done the primary troubleshooting steps I can think of off to...

Re: Verifying local data via web interface

Also, I originally thought that this may be because of AppNap... So I tried disabling it (Get Info on Transmission app in Applications folder and you can disable in there) but didn't seem to fix it, however I didn't have much time to play with it. I've been dealing with this exact issue for many mo...

Always asks to accept incoming connections on launch

After updating to 2.83, Transmission now always asks to "Accept Incoming Network Connections" on launch, despite already being in the firewall and set to Allowed. This happens every time on launch on Mac OS X 10.9.3. I tried removing the entry in the Firewall and let Transmission re-add it...

Re: Verifying local data via web interface

I'm all about testing betas It's not beta. It is solid and stable unofficial used by a large group of users. Not in a 'testing' state. What I meant was for you to give it a try to see if this release solved the problem on Mavericks . If we show where the bug is you could submit the bug and patch to...

Re: Verifying local data via web interface

Zaff or interconnect could either of you guys test this unofficial but well tested and stable build: TransmissionMac27x-pcTMPr14075.zip https://trac.transmissionbt.com/ticket/532#comment:204 It contains one of a couple of possible variations of quickVerify for newly added torrents. Let me know if t...

Re: Verifying local data via web interface

How do you like it? I gotta switch clients because I can't have this. Does the Mac version have ads? Well it's okay. Biggest downside for me is that it's missing the filter function to download into separate folders which I have to use 3rd party software for, which is not optimal at all. Also it's ...

Re: Verifying local data via web interface

So I did a little testing on this last night. I had my machine download a few torrents via RSS automatically but had it sitting at the desktop (screen saver was on) and I observed the very slow verifying. So I guess fast user switching has nothing to do with this. The computer was just at the deskt...
