Transmission

I'm currently using the nightly build #6683 on macOS 10.13.6 (17G11023), I've been using transmission for nearly a year on this machine. The whole time transmission would work normally for about an hour or two, then at some point it stops downloading, uploading, adding torrents from the watch folder...

I am building headless seedbox, running teansmission-daemon, that will have 100,000 torrents seeded, allow 10 peers per torrent, and 10,000 global peers. the seedbox will be on a dedicated 1Gbit connection.

Running at capacity, how much RAM do I need, and what processors can handle the load?

I'm wondering if the devs have even read this? It would be nice if one of them would say, whether this is being considered or not.

The problem I'm encoutering is when transmission doesn't wait till all files are complete. It appears to be moving each file in a torrent as it completes. This causes torrent expander to get triggered as soon as the first rar is passed resulting in an incomplete attempt to unpack. The torrent then ...

If you want to redefine Show Acive Only,that's what the thread title should be. The developers probably won't read this thread, because Transmission can akready sort by activity: View -> Sort Tranfers By -> Activity.
