This has been an ongoing problem for me in version after version. I can't possibly be the only one experiencing this. Pausing ANY active torrent (one that is passing data at ANY rate) will cause Transmission to freeze temporarily at best, and take down the entire OS at worst, forcing a restart. Howe...

Version 2.70 crashes on launch
Version 2.70 crashes immediately upon launch. Reverting to 2.61 works fine (except for the insistent bug whereby the app completely freezes when pausing any torrent, but that's another story). :) OSX 10.6.8 on a 1st-gen MacBook.
