I think the issue with the site has been fixed. Port now showing as open in Transmission.

I can confirm that mine is also doing this to however I can still use Transmission perfectly ok.

You can release your OCD inhibitions. Transmission uses that URL to check. If they are down or blocked, then it will say closed.
