Transmission

Hi,

Having a setup with two seeders (transmission daemons), clients trying to download a torrent cannot start downloading automatically. Sometimes they wait for as much 20-30 minutes till download starts.
How should the site be set up in order to be able to start downloads instantly? (also hints ...
